Meursault 1er Cru Perrières

The greatest and finest of the Meursault 1er Crus. The explanation of the terroir is found in its name, Perrières (pierres = stones).

The stones are quite abundant and rough, spread about the terrain with relatively shallow topsoil.

Sunshine is optimal due to its southeastern exposure and 20% grade.During ageing, it marries the complexity and roundness of Meursault with the elegance and the mineral qualities of Puligny-Montrachet.
