The menu with the tasting of wine, goes well with our Chardonnay, with combinations such as Marbled Chicken and Foie Gras Terrine with a PULIGNY-MONTRACHET Enseignères 2011, or a Steamed Filet of Cod with a MEURSAULT per Cru Bouchères 2010…
For dinner, “Les Petits Plats d’Olivier” allows to Lionel more originality, for example the “Perfect” Eggs Onion and Lemon Marmalade and Smoked Ham Tartine or also a surf and turf dish : the Grilled beef with potato and smoked Herring salad.
